I never cared to move fast. I want to stay alive for long periods of time, move around like scouts, I don't care. Besides I was pretty sure they have a hacking bonus, not a speed bonus.

Yeah, my Proto fitting costs about 121,000 ISK. I only have 43K SP and I'm saving up to 130K SP to get the Enhanced Shield Extenders, after that I guess I'll try either new grenades or a better sidearm. Then max out my AR skills and the other few ...
